A LOOK BACK AT THE JUNE 26 EDITION

AW 27-28 COLOR PREVIEW WILD MATTER

The Autumn-Winter 27-28 season is revealed at Blossom PV, celebrating the intrinsic force of nature. The first shades of the season's palette, previewed at the show, cultivate color as an expanding ecosystem. Organic nuances, pigmented greys and sophisticated brights connect nature and innovation. A regenerative, hybrid and grounded palette.

ANTICIPATING TRENDS TO FOSTER CREATIVITY THE AW 27-28 FORUM

Blossom PV establishes itself as a space for exploration and transmission, where material, gesture and creation converge. At the heart of the show, the Fashion Forum is designed to showcase exhibitor’s most creative savoir-faire for the AW 27-28 season. For this new edition, Blossom Première Vision centers the narrative on material. Living, in motion, it becomes the driving thread of creation, anchoring know-how, technique and the intelligence of the hand. It emerges as a key driver of desirability, emotion and excellence.

NEW HORIZON SPECIALISED GARMENT-MAKING

For the first time, Blossom Première Vision hosted a dedicated space for specialised garment manufacturing. This delegation brings together members of the GFF (Groupement de la Fabrication Française) and Mode Grand Ouest (MGO), alongside selected French workshops and manufacturers, showcasing a craft that is both contemporary and rooted in heritage. By integrating manufacturing expertise directly into material sourcing, the show offers a unique 360° ecosystem for designers and brands. It highlights exceptional know-how — pleating, structural shaping, precision tailoring, and the transformation of noble materials into finished pieces. Together, these exhibitors embody the strength of French manufacturing expertise, where craftsmanship, technical precision, and flexibility foster both creative development and the creation of complete collections.

ENTREPRISES DU PATRIMOINE VIVANT EXPLORING TRADITIONAL CRAFTSMANSHIP

The Réseau Excellence brings together companies certified as “Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant” (EPV), promoting outstanding French craftsmanship both in France and internationally. This edition will showcase a rare gathering of EPV-certified exhibitors, highlighting the excellence of regional traditions — from Lyon’s silk heritage to Normandy’s garment-making roots, and metalwork from Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. The selection included luxury silk weaving, Jacquard innovation, Lyonnais printing, artisanal knitwear, high-end leather tanning, as well as haute couture lace, embroidery, and bespoke metal accessories. Blossom Première Vision continues to offer a refined, high-end setting, showcasing the excellence of the French industry at the crossroads of craftsmanship, luxury, and innovation.

200 YEARS OF SAVOIR-FAIRE ART INSTALLATION BY GUIGOU FASHION HOUSE

Founded in 1826, Guigou has established itself as a key reference, supporting some of the greatest couture houses. To celebrate its 200th anniversary, the brand unveiled at the show an installation under the artistic direction of Olivia Philibert. Her work unfolds across two main areas: contemporary dance and fashion. By reinterpreting Guigou’s textiles, Olivia Philibert envisions “organ-garments”: poetic and sensory extensions of the body that treat materials as integral parts of it. The installation invited visitors to reconsider the deep connection between textiles and human evolution

BLOOMING TALENT BY BLOSSOM PVSPOTLIGHT ON KAI OTSUKI

Blossom Première Vision reaffirms its commitment to celebrating craftsmanship—and those who embody it, pass it on, and keep it alive. This season, Blossom embraces a role of discovery, shining a light on emerging talents and giving special prominence to Kai Otsuki.

Through a practice that combines embroidery with the creation of artificial flowers, he places materiality and artisanal craftsmanship at the heart of his work. His three-dimensional creations, at the crossroads of exceptional ornamentation and garment making, bring artisanal excellence into the everyday wardrobe, offering a contemporary interpretation of traditional craft disciplines. His hybrid approach creates a dialogue between historical references and more urban expressions, resulting in a sensitive yet distinctly contemporary aesthetic.

Blossom is the signature gathering that unites the artisans of excellence, luxury, and high‑end creation — from skilled hands to boutique manufacturers — all brought together by a shared energy: the desire to invent tomorrow’s mastery.
