CUT & SEW SERVICES
Description
ARNIA’s Cut & Sew Services are designed for fashion brands that need a structured, reliable and Made in Italy pathway from prototype to capsule production. The service connects textile expertise, garment development and local production coordination within the Lombardy Textile District.
ARNIA is not positioned as a generic low-cost manufacturer. It works as an industrial-strategic partner, helping brands assess feasibility, fabrics, construction, sampling, cost logic, quality requirements and production roadmap before moving into manufacturing. This approach is especially important for emerging designers and premium brands that need flexibility without losing technical control.
The service may include review of the brief or tech pack, fabric and trim alignment, pattern-making coordination, prototype development, fit review, minor adjustments, industrialization, production oversight and quality control. Projects are evaluated case by case, according to garment type, construction complexity, materials, size range, finishing, tolerances and target positioning.
Cut & Sew is particularly suitable for capsule collections, private label projects, dresses, tops, trousers, skirts, loungewear, robes, kimonos, selected knit or woven styles and non-structured garments where the technical setup is coherent with ARNIA’s network. Production generally starts from 20 pieces per style, subject to project validation.
ARNIA’s strength is the ability to connect design intention with manufacturing reality. The company supports brands in avoiding common mistakes: choosing unsuitable fabrics, underestimating construction complexity, confirming prices too early, or starting production before prototype validation.
Final production pricing is confirmed only after prototype approval, fabric confirmation and technical validation. This protects both the client and the supply chain, ensuring that the final garment reflects the required quality, feasibility and brand positioning.
With Cut & Sew Services, ARNIA brings together Italian craftsmanship, disciplined project management, ethical supply-chain coordination and measurable social impact.
